What we do
We support adults of all ages, including those who have a physical disability or living with dementia, with enjoyable, therapeutic day care, within a safe and homely environment. Our centres provide an opportunity for customers to have fun and socialise with other people, whilst giving family carers a well-deserved break.
We have two day care centres in our portfolio – Brandon Day Centre in Suffolk, where we have been the provider since January 2017 and All Hallows Day Centre in Ditchingham, South Norfolk which we took over in July 2019. As both day centres are on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, we are able to accept referrals from both counties.
Our teams of dedicated, caring, professional and highly skilled care and support staff receive regular training to ensure they are equipped to meet the personal care needs of those using our centres and support them to maintain their independence, achieve their aspirations, rediscover hobbies or interests and make new friends.

Getting to know you
Before your first visit, we like to arrange a face-to-face or phone assessment. This allows us to have a chat with you helping us to understand your needs and interests. The assessment also gives you the opportunity to raise any questions you may have or to share any concerns that we should be aware of. As both of our centres offer a home cooked, two course lunch made from locally sourced ingredients, we will also ask you about any special dietary needs you may have.
Next steps
We offer a variety of packages, so there is bound to be something to meet your needs. Prices are available on request.
You or your carer can apply direct and we accept referrals from Norfolk and Suffolk Adult Social Care Teams, GPs, healthcare professionals and other agencies.
