Salary £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record in managing CQC registered learning disability services, to lead our residential and supported living services for adults with a learning disability to ensure the delivery of safe and compassionate person-centred care.
Working within an organisation rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, this is a pivotal leadership position where you will oversee all operational aspects, ensure the highest standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
About the role
You will assume the role of Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring full compliance with the Regulated Activities Regulations 2014 and all Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs). You will lead, manage, and mentor a committed team, fostering a culture of openness, learning, and best practice.
You will ensure the delivery of person-centred support plans and robust risk management strategies that promote independence, inclusion and dignity for every individual.
You will manage the service effectively, including budget control, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for those using the service and work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to care.
