Digital Care Plan Administrator

Salary £14.00 per hour

25 hrs per week (Monday – Friday) / permanent

Based at Oak Trees, Attleborough

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individual, with an excellent eye for detail, to join our team who provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities in our residential respite care service and in the local community. You would be joining a highly skilled and talented team rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC.

About the role

As a Digital Care Plan Administrator, you will be based at Oak Trees Respite Service in Attleborough, where you will oversee and maintain Digital Care Plans (DCP) across our Learning Disability Service, co-ordinate and deliver training on the use of Empanda’s DCP System Nourish and assist the Registered Manager with general administration, including the use of rotering software and processes.

Whilst based at Oak Trees in Attleborough, there will be occasional travel to other outreach contracts, so having the use of a car, a full driving license and Business Class 1 Insurance is essential for this role.
